Do you take beginners in IGP?

Yes — from complete beginners to national-level handlers.

Can my dog start IGP without prior training?

Yes. We offer foundation programs for beginners, including young dogs and handlers new to the sport. We build everything from basic engagement to full routines.

How is this different from regular training?

This training differs because it’s tailored specifically for IGP—focusing on precise obedience, tracking, and protection work with clear structure and measurable progress.

Do you work with other breeds or only GSDs?

We primarily work with working breeds (German Shepherds, Malinois, Dobermans, Rottweilers, etc.), but any dog with the right drive and temperament is welcome to be evaluated.

Can you prepare my dog for trial?

Yes. We offer full trial prep, including obedience, tracking, and protection phases. We also coach handlers through the entire IGP title process.

Is IGP right for my dog?

We offer evaluations to help determine if your dog is a good fit. Not all dogs are suited for IGP, but many benefit greatly from its structure even without competing.

What if my dog is reactive or untrained?
